Numerous achievements in major automotive dealer service pits, manufacturing plants, and logistics warehouses.

A highly effective method of "insulation" that blocks heat from the source! We are offering a comprehensive catalog explaining the differences between insulation and heat shielding for free!

This catalog introduces the PRO-grade "Heat Shield Sheet" provided by Prox Material Co., Ltd. It provides a detailed explanation of the three elements of heat transfer, the differences between insulation and heat shielding, and the expected effects of heat shield sheets (heat shielding materials). This is a useful reference, so please take a moment to read it. 【Contents (Excerpt)】 ■ What is a Heat Shield Sheet ■ Reasons for Choosing ProX Heat Protectors ■ Expected Effects of Heat Shield Sheets (Heat Shielding Materials) ■ What is Sick House Syndrome ■ Product Information *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Issue/Factory Improvement Case] Food Factory Attic Heat Mitigation (Heat Insulation)

A case where a high-performance aluminum heat insulation sheet is laid in the attic to prevent radiant heat from the sun from entering the factory.

We would like to introduce a case study on heat mitigation measures in the ceiling space of a food factory. The company faced the challenge of wanting to improve the working environment for the workers in the factory (to implement heat mitigation measures). To address this, they laid high-performance aluminum heat insulation sheets in the ceiling space with the image of making the entire building a super shade, preventing radiant heat from the sun from entering the factory. As a result, we received feedback from customers saying, "I am looking forward to this summer. There is a warehouse that is hot and problematic, so I would like to implement heat mitigation measures there next." [Case Study] ■ Challenge: To improve the working environment for workers in the factory (to implement heat mitigation measures) ■ Measures: Laid high-performance aluminum heat insulation sheets in the ceiling space to prevent radiant heat from the sun from entering the factory (with the image of making the entire building a super shade) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Heat Shielding Furnace: Examples of Heat Mitigation and Energy Saving Improvements

Case study of heat countermeasures and energy saving achieved in a painting drying furnace (using city gas) - Surface radiation temperature decreased by 100°C!

We will introduce improvements in heat countermeasures and energy-saving examples for paint drying ovens. "There is a problem where the indoor temperature in summer is hot, and we want to implement heat countermeasures. We also want to save on fuel." This was the challenge we faced. As a solution, we applied high-temperature heat-insulating sheets to the paint drying oven. (The installation was carried out by the customer.) As a result, the surface radiation temperature of the oven was reduced from 130°C to 30°C, achieving a decrease of 100°C. By reducing the radiant heat loss from the oven surface, fuel savings were also achieved. Furthermore, the internal temperature of the oven increased by 20°C during winter, leading to improved productivity! [Case Study] ■ Challenge: The surface of the paint drying oven is at a high temperature, making it uncomfortable for workers (want to implement heat countermeasures). ■ Countermeasure: Installed high-performance aluminum heat-insulating sheets on the oven surface to cut radiant heat. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Heat Shield Control Panel Temperature Rise Prevention Improvement Case Study

Examples of protecting control panels from radiant heat.

We would like to introduce a case where we protected a control panel from radiant heat and prevented temperature rise. There was a challenge where "the control panel located near the furnace was constantly exposed to radiant heat from the furnace, causing the control panel inverter to burn out. We wanted to quickly implement measures to prevent recurrence." As a solution, we applied high-temperature thermal insulation sheets to the target control panel. (The installation was carried out by the customer.) As a result, the surface temperature of the control panel decreased from 70°C to 30°C, a reduction of 40°C. This measure prevented the recurrence of damage to the control panel and was applied to all similar locations. Similar cases exist for outdoor distribution boards that are exposed to direct sunlight in summer, where temperature rises can also be addressed with similar solutions. [Case Study] ■ Challenge: Protect the control panel from radiant heat and prevent temperature rise. ■ Measure: Apply thermal insulation sheets to the control panel to cut radiant heat. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
